Editor-in-Chief, Joanna Coles, makes an announcement that shocks the staff of Cosmopolitan Magazine as they are preparing to shoot Ruby Rose for the cover of the magazine. The staff is asked to help hire a new fitness contributor for the magazine, but things get complicated when Brandon Coordinator, Diandra Barnwell, finds herself attracted to one of the candidates, Evan Betts.

After ex-soldier Shaun Emery's (Callum Turner) conviction for a murder in Afghanistan is overturned due to flawed video evidence, he returns home a free man to his young daughter. But when CCTV footage from a night out in London comes to light, Shaun's life takes a shocking turn and he must soon fight for his freedom once again. With DI Rachel Carey (Holliday Grainger) drafted in to investigate Shaun's case, she quickly learns that the truth can sometimes be a matter of perspective. Should she trust Shaun Emery?
