Season 7 of the drama series begins with Mellie (Bellamy Young) and Cyrus (Jeff Perry) as President and Vice President, Jake (Scott Foley) and Olivia (Kerry Washington) going through relationship troubles when she starts caring more about power than everything else, and Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) struggling to find a new purpose in life.
