Pressure mounts on Will when his Sean Kennedy murder investigation comes under scrutiny. Can he hold his nerve and keep the truth hidden when events take a dangerous turn? Battle lines are drawn between Eileen and Raymond while Scarlett and Molly put their heads together to plan the perfect family Christmas.
Episode 2
Gabriel sets out to clear his name but he finds himself battling more than just the law when his demons come out to play. Will realises the importance of family and decides to invite his estranged father to his wedding, while Liz has a run-in with Miriam.

Episode 4
It's Conor's fifteenth birthday and Nicole buys him the perfect birthday present - a new computer game. However, her spirits are soon dampened when Leyla refuses to let her supervise a last-minute party for Conor's friends. Nicole persuades Stevie to speak to Leyla, she's delighted when he manages to twist her arm but is less than thrilled when she realises that he has invited Alice along. She wanted him all to herself. However, when Zinnie gleefully turns up to supervise on Leyla's orders and Stevie is more interested in making Alice feel at home, Nicole is furious. Nicole decides to get proactive and asks her pal Paul from college to stop by...with all the booze he can muster.

Lenny finds himself under pressure from some new kids on the block. The Tall Ship reopening causes Raymond to relive the recent past, while Stella struggles to cope with Bob's grief.
Episode 6
Will and Robbie's big day approaches but it seems not everyone is in the mood for celebrating. Could anyone ruin their special occasion? Christina confronts her feelings of confusion whilst Scarlett prepares Madonna for stardom.

DCI Donald is put under scrutiny when the top brass shine a light on his impressive conviction rate. Can he keep his arrangement with Lenny under wraps? Will finds himself in danger when he stumbles upon a robbery, but can Donald get to him before time runs out? Meanwhile, a proposition from Lenny leaves Gabriel with a dilemma, and Christina struggles to get time alone with Alice.

Can Christina find the courage to be honest with her family about her feelings for new girlfriend Alice? Or will the work of the cyber bully ruin everything? Robbie gets tough with a restless, recuperating Will. And Eileen's moral compass is tested when she receives an offer she ought to refuse.

The gloves come off between Eileen and Raymond, but has Raymond taken things too far this time? Meanwhile, Malcolm accuses Liz of taking advantage of his dementia, and Jimmy fears Scarlett is out of control as she continues her bid to make Madonna a star.

It's the day of the Little Miss Christmas Pageant and Scarlett is up to high doe. A row with Jimmy pushes her to extremes, but will she come to her senses before she takes things too far? Elsewhere, Christina becomes increasingly paranoid about the cyber-bullying and Bob makes a big decision, but is he making a big mistake?

Paranoid insecurity leads Christina to question her relationship with a secretive Alice, but is she wrong to point the finger so close to home? A new addition forces Robbie to think about the future, while minxy Molly gets the party started at Stevie's Turkey Curry Bonanza.

An unwelcome face from the past reappears to throw Robbie and Will's wedded bliss into turmoil. Nicole is forced to face up to the aftermath of her bullying while a seemingly harmless Scrabble game spells potential disaster for Raymond.

Raymond and Eileen have their day in court, but has Eileen done enough to retain custody of her son? Or will Raymond have some tricks up his sleeve? Back in Shieldinch, Scarlett's money-making scheme backfires again. And Liz finds herself flattered by the attentions of a gentleman caller.

Stella and Bob prepare for the results of their final IVF treatment, but Bob's depression makes it difficult for him to care either way. Will he find the strength to fight for his marriage when Stella makes a shocking discovery? Meanwhile, Robbie and Will take advantage of some rare time alone, and the Tall Ship is under new management.

Alice comes face-to-face with her dark past, but can Christina accept the terrible truth about her girlfriend? Meanwhile, cracks appear in Miriam and Murray's secret relationship and Stevie struggles to trust Nicole.
Episode 18
The boss is back at the police station and DCI Donald finds himself at the centre of a corruption investigation. Will fears his recent assault on a suspect will be uncovered, but Donald can't protect them both. Who will end up in the firing line? Tatiana reaches out to Christina, but can she ever accept her daughter's lifestyle? And Jimmy makes an alarming discovery about Callum.

Raymond reaches breaking point and takes a risk that could change lives forever. Robbie's attempts to support Will are complicated by Edward's presence, and he finds himself the victim of Will's temper once again. Elsewhere, Kelly-Marie has to face some tough decisions about Callum's future.

Nicole has big plans to go clubbing on her birthday and wants to spend the day with her new boyfriend, but she's secretly pleased when the family make a special effort to mark the occasion. It looks like things might just be starting to settle down for the Brodies after a difficult year. But how long will it last? Can Leyla and Gabriel resist temptation when they are left alone in the house? And how will Conor react to some shocking news? Meanwhile, Stella tries to do the right thing by Bob, and Robbie has nowhere to turn.
Episode 22
Will faces a dilemma as the day of his disciplinary hearing arrives. DCI Donald makes him an offer he can't refuse, and Robbie pays the price for trying to help him do the right thing. But can Will save his career? Or is this the end of DC Cooper? Leyla struggles to deal with the fact that everyone knows about her affair with Gabriel, and Eileen finally realises that she owes her sister some quality time.
Episode 23
Stella and Stevie are forced to admit their affair when Gabriel clocks their chemistry, but an unexpected turn of events stops Stevie in his tracks, leaving Stella hurt and confused. Meanwhile, Lenny wants to give Callum courage but can he face his own fear? And Gabriel tries to get back into Liz's good books as the tables are turned on Scarlett.

Robbie faces the biggest decision of his life when Kelly-Marie confronts him about Will's abusive behaviour. Does he have the strength to admit the truth and leave his husband? Stella is thrown when she learns that Stevie is not the father of Nicole's baby, while a lonely Nicole finally reaches out to Leyla for help.
Episode 26
Will is invited back to CID for the day to help DCI Donald with a difficult murder case. As he gets closer to the truth at work he's forced to face up to the realities of his behaviour at home. Can Will accept what he's become? Lonely Stella puts on a brave face as the Mullens celebrate Scarlett's birthday, but who is she missing most at the party? And Jimmy gets more than he bargained for when he collects the birthday cake.
