Budgeting skills are tested when the four remaining contestants are given $1000 and an empty restaurant to create a supper club. Plus, they have the chance to bid on items for their dinner service at an auction, but they need to make sure they have enough money left to purchase food and supplies.

The three remaining chefs each get to run a food truck in a challenge that requires them to serve people at three different locations, including a zoo, an upscale shopping center and an area known for its nightlife.
