This time it's about Kartik and Ankita, who are madly in love with each other but there is a huge divide between them, the divide in money, class and backgrounds. While Kartik is extremely affluent, Ankita belongs to a middle-class family and her father works for Kartik's father. Kartik's mother is extremely fond of Ankita and is also aware of her son's feelings towards her but she chooses to ignore it as she feels that their backgrounds are too different for their relationship to progress to a marriage. When Kartik proposes marriage, Ankita readily agrees but both of them fail to find support from their families and decide to elope with the hope that everything will be fine once they are married.
