Robbie's bookie Vince first rewards his unselfish savings for Danielle by staking $100 for him on the dog track, then places a major bet that evening, but after it looses claims the kid staked his whole §4,000 winnings. Syd dreams her crush on Dr. David Marcus requires surgery. In fact she needs a plastic surgery patient and therefore proposes to do a breast reduction for free for uneducated stripper Rebecca 'Chelsea' Towne, whose back problems should thus be relieved, but Dr. Marcus experiences resistance in the medical committee which must approve the qualification as medically relevant...
