As season four begins, the hospital is being taken over by a corporation called Quantum Bay, as Jackie (Edie Falco) finally reaches a breaking point over the recent incident at her home, and admits that it's time to go to rehab. Meanwhile, Eddie gives Kevin some very surprising news about the circumstances of his failed marriage, and O'Hara reveals a secret to Jackie as well.
