Nowhere Man Creator Larry Hertzog Dies
Veteran TV writer and producer Lawrence Hertzog died April 19, at age 56. The cause was cancer.Hertzog kicked off his career with shows such as Kate Columbo and Hart to Hart, and later joined the Stephen J. Cannell team as a writer and producer for series such as Stingray. Later, he created Nowhere Man for UPN, and went on to produce shows for NBC and USA as well as write for Fox's 24. His most recent show was Painkiller Jane, for the Sci Fi Channel.Hertzog is survived by his wife, mother and a brother.
