Tyler Perry receives the Chairman's Award, and Wyclef Jean receives the Vanguard Award. Nominees appearing include Jamie Foxx, Morgan Freeman, Sandra Bullock, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, Mo'Nique and Mekhi Phifer. Anika Noni Rose and Hill Harper are the hosts.
