Kim explains to Catherine how her guide dog helps her throughout the day in the city. Sandro and Christopher use public and adapted transportation.

What's for Dinner?
Kim shows her adapted kitchen and explains how she shops for food with vision loss. Catherine makes lasagna for supper, with the help of Christopher and Sandro.

Sandro and Christopher go to the gym, later Sandro and Catherine attend a karate class. Kim enjoys a day with her dragon boat team.
