Michela helps harvest saffron and visits a gelateria in Tuscany. Back home she makes saffron tagliatelle topped with a prawn and clam sauce, meatball skewers, and tops off the meal with Affogato, a coffee, ice cream and amaretti.dessert.

Inspired by her travels in Tuscany, Michela prepares a Bolognese, a pesto using pecorino from the region, and tops it off with pears poached in wine.
