Episode 1
Season eight sees three new judges, setting a series of pressure tests for the fifteen home cooks, at the end of which only twelve will earn a white apron and the opportunity to compete for the title and $100,000.

It's the 100th episode of MasterChef Canada, the seven remaining home cooks get a random draw to choose one of seven cakes they must replicate, they have a few minutes to taste and study their cakes and two hours to bake and decorate them
Episode 8
The six remaining home cooks face a one hour head to head takeout challenge, and the three challenge losers will face a pressure test making six identical Cake Doughnuts to decide who will be going home.
Episode 9
The final five each open a mystery box revealing a different fish and then get a masterclass in filleting a fish from Hugh Acheson, they must then prepare two dishes - one raw and one cooked - using their freshly filleted fish.
Episode 10
The semi-finalists vie to go viral and are faced with an egg-ceptionally technical pressure test.
Episode 11
Three finalists have three hours to plate their dream three-course menus but only one will claim the MasterChef Canada title and prize for season 8.
