A group of young students are chosen for the Kizuna System, an experimental bond which connects people together and enables them to feel each others' wounds and pain. All those who are connected to this system are called Kiznaivers; when one Kiznaiver is wounded, the system divides and transmits the wound among the other Kiznaivers. For one summer, these lives will be tied together. Can the Kizuna system work out for these young lives and for the world?
