They go catch them in Arizona, which proves easier then expected. Common wisdom is smaller scorpions have nastier venom to compensate for a weak bite, and indeed the minor stings as fiery as feared. The continent's giant however is an unpleasant surprise, as it actually inflicts a long-lasting pain, leaving them contorting in agony for over a week.
