I have been watching it since the beginning and think that the end of "The Desert" episode gave the show some good material and direction for the rest of the season. It has become so funny, and the chemistry between Mindy Kaling and Chris Messina is great. I would hate for this show to not get a chance to show what it can do. He's a hunkier Chuck with the mad fighting skills, reckless bravado — and propensity toward angst — of Alias's Sydney Bristow. Meet TV's new Six Billion Dollar Man, Gabriel Vaughn, who you'll recognize as Sawyer from Lost. And Josh Holloway is very much the main reason to tune into CBS's Intelligence (Tuesday, 9/8c), a proficient if initially perfunctory action thriller that benefits immeasurably from its star's gruff, bluff machismo. Although a little less brooding (over a long-missing wife who might be a terrorist) would make Gabriel, and Intelligence, a lot more fun.

Hawaii Five-0 is beefing up Chin Ho's (Daniel Dae Kim) presence in Season 4. One upcoming episode will flash back to his first meeting with his late wife, the circumstances surrounding the loss of his badge and his time under the mentorship of McGarrett's father, John. A secret agent with a computer chip in his head may sound like a familiar premise, but CBS' new drama Intelligence is a far cry from Chuck.Lost's Josh Holloway stars as Gabriel Black, a man whose computer chip allows him to access every piece of information on the internet through a program called Clockwork. If that doesn't sound nearly as cool as Chuck Bartowski being able to do kung-fu with the Intersect 2.0, that's because Gabriel doesn't need those skills — he's already a badass on his own. His "powers" include being able to render a 3D version of a crime scene so he can walk through it, and also get a fact sheet on his enemies so he can exploit their weaknesses. And you better hope your compound isn't controlled by electronic doors, because it'll be far too easy for him to escape.
