Season 1 of this action-packed spy drama centers on the U.S. Cyber Command unit and its star operative Gabriel Vaughn (Josh Holloway), who has a microchip implanted in his brain that gives him access to key intel information. In the pilot, Cybercom director Lillian Strand (Marg Helgenberger) recruits Secret Service agent Riley Neal (Meghan Ory) as Gabriel's partner and protector. Working together, they keep the world safe from those who threaten it, including terrorists, drug cartels and a rogue Army general. They also cross paths with a Chinese national named Mei Chen (Faye Kingslee) who's enhanced with a stolen chip that's similar to the one in Vaughn. On the personal front, Gabriel deals with the loss of his wife, Lillian has daddy issues, and an undercover assignment in Syria reunites Riley with her ex-boyfriend.
