A move, that initially Aubrey welcomes, but soon finds himself questioning if 'The Switch' is really a good thing after all. At the barbershop, Carson finds himself in deep financial waters with the IRS and quickly has to find a way to bring more income to save his fledgling business. So when a new young male barber, by the name of JONESY (Maya Gilbert), answers his job posting, Carson (Buddy Lewis) realizes that maybe prayers do get answered after all. What he doesn't know, is that there's more to Jonesy than meets the eye. Hilarity ensues as the new clash with the old, as Jonesy and DeShaun (Carl Payne) compete for the title of Best Barber in the shop, while Carson counts his newfound cash flow. Business picks up and everything seems to be going to smoothly, until the secret that Jonesy's been hiding, is suddenly revealed, threatening to expose the truth he's been hiding all along.
