Fifteen Beds and a Bucket of Puke

The twenty contestants arrive at the mansion to discover that there are only fifteen beds, immediately they realize this means five will go home on the first night. Flav starts the show in what would become the traditional nicknaming of each girl. Hottie and New York become very aggressive and outspoken dominating Flavor's attention and causing the rest of the girls to begin to dislike them. Goldie gets intoxicated on too much champagne, vomits in a bucket, and passes out. Rain manages to get Goldie standing in time for the elimination ceremony, and she is the receives the final clock. Smokey, Shellz, Picasso, and Bubblez are also eliminated.

Rub a Dub Flav

The fifteen remaining girls each get to spend ten minutes alone in the hot tub with Flavor Flav. Flav picks Smiley, New York, and Miss Latin based on their hot tub time for a private roller skating date. Tensions with New York and the other girls continue to escalate as Rain and New York fight during a limo ride and later Pumkin and New York have their first encounter. Red Oyster passes along information to Flav that Miss Latin has been calling her ex-boyfriend causing her elimination. Rain, Georgia, Apples, and Dimplez are eliminated as well leaving ten girls in the house.

A Friend of Flav's Is a Friend of Mine

Flav tells the women they will visit some of his old and new friends. The four contestants who are taken to meet Flav's "old friends" believe they will get to meet celebrities such as the other members of Public Enemy, but instead are taken to a senior center. There their challenge is to socialize with the elderly. Sweetie wins out of the four, but remains chaste refusing to kiss Flavor yet. The other six contestants that go to meet Flav's "new friends" most throw a birthday party at a park for some young children. Pumkin an elementary school teacher thinks she blew the challenge away, but Serious wins and Flavor openly questions Pumkins ability to relate to children. Back at the house, tensions again rise this time between New York and Hottie. Numerous insults are flung back and forth and Serious jumps in against Hottie. None of the three see the elimination coming though when Red Oyster yet again feeds information to Flav causing Serious' elimination. Peaches is eliminated as well.
Episode 4
The Flavor of Chicken' (#1.4)

The contestants have to impress Flav's mother (Anna Drayton). This includes going to church, attending a tea party with her, and cooking some traditional fried chicken. Hottie having apparently never cooked in her life stuffs an entire chicken with raw vegetables tries to microwaves it and presents it still raw to Flav and his mother. Hoopz is declared the winner and has dinner with Flav and his mother. Sweetie is eliminated, due to Flav's doubts in her sincerity towards him resulting in a tirade.

What Happens in Flavor Stays in Flavor

Flav takes the seven remaining girls to Las Vegas to test their luck at a roulette table. Many girls blow all their cash in one spin, but New York ends up winning the most money. On their date, New York confesses her love for Flav, and Flav becomes worried by her jealousy. The rest of the girls spend their time at a strip club. When they return from Vegas, Flav organizes a sensual challenge involving all five senses. Smiley and New York were the runaway leaders in terms of points accumulated, but in the final portion Smiley blows Flavor away while New York literally falls down. Smiley and Flav then get to spend some one on one time in the hot tub. During the elimination ceremony, Red Oyster announces that her father was in a serious accident and removes herself from the show saving Hottie or New York.
Episode 6

Flav's old flame, Brigitte Nielsen, visits the house to administer lie detector tests. While having his hair braided, Flav sees Hottie on an episode of Blind Date, on which she reveals her gold digging ways. Pumkin reveals to the girls that she has also been on Blind Date, but doesn't tell Flav. The lie detector test also shows that Hottie is lied about her age and measurements. Smiley openly admits to still loving her ex-husband and being a stripper. Goldie was the only one who was completely truthful on her test, winning the challenge. Hoopz gets into an argument with Brigitte Nielsen, and leaves a dinner Brigitte threw for the girls. New York and Pumkin reveal to Flav that Smiley still loves her ex-husband before his meeting with Brigitte. Brigitte tells Flav point blank that none of the girls are right for him. Hottie is eliminated for not being truthful and Smiley is sent home as well to work out her feelings for her ex-husband.
Episode 7
Flav's Trippin'

Pumkin and Hoopz go on an overnight trip with Flav to a spa in Palm Springs where they do yoga and mud body painting. During dinner, Pumkin gives Flav a personal letter indicating her romantic intentions for him that night. Flav agrees whole-heartedly and leaves Hoopz alone for the night. On the next trip, Goldie and New York head off to San Diego, where they visit the zoo. Flav picks Goldie to spend the night with, but she informs him that she just wants to be friends. Flav and Goldie leave on good terms.
Episode 8
Family Flavors

Flav goes three separate dates with the three remaining girls parents. He takes Pumkin and her mother Teri to get a manicure and a pedicure. Teri reveals to Flav that Pumkin had also appeared on Blind Date finally letting that secret that all the girls knew spill. Not stopping there she lets him know that she had also been on Family Feud and many other shows. All of this of course, leaves Flav fairly certain of who will get eliminated. Flav takes Hoopz and her mother Dana to Medieval Times. There Dana and Flav get along notoriously leading Hoopz to wonder if Flav might pick her mother instead of her. Flav is left with a lasting impression of Hoopz and her mother as a great pair. The final date is with New York and her parents Alex and Michelle at the Santa Malibu Tennis Resort. New York's mother immediately reveals herself to be overbearing and judgmental, questioning her about her weight and other issues. Michelle doesn't stop with her, and expresses there is no chance that Flav and her daughter will ever be together. Flavor is left with a lasting impression of the negativity encountered with New York's parents. Despite, the disastrous date with New York, Pumkin's previous reality outings cause her to be eliminated. Afterwards, Pumkin wishes Hoopz good luck before getting into an argument with New York. The verbal argument turns physical when Pumkin spits in New York's face causing her to attack Pumkin. Flavor is disgusted by the spitting and after the crew calms things down reveals his decision was definitely the right one.

Includes never before seen footage including: New York and Hoopz's casting tapes, extended argument between Rain and New York, a brand new altercation between Pumkin and New York, an argument between Brigitte Nielsen and Flavor Flav, Hoopz and New York getting fitted for gold teeth, and the extended version of the Pumkin and New York "spit incident."

Viva La Flav

Hoopz and New York both get to spend and entire day with Flav in Mexico. New York spends the day with Flav on a beach. Testing her dislike of all things outdoors, Flav gets New York to go kayaking despite her extreme fear of water. That night New York successfully seduces Flavor and informed Hoopz that they "making music and love" all night. The next day Hoopz has her date with Flav and they go on a jungle adventure. Much more adventurous Hoopz readily rides zip lines through the jungle. That night they spend the evening cuddling in far contrast to Flav's previous night. After returning from Mexico, the women spend the day getting ready for the final elimination ceremony. Again completely opposite, New York embraces her dress and hairdo, while Hoopz laments hers. Both women arrive to the elimination wearing the same dress, and make comments about how bad it looks on the other. Flav apologizes to New York and tells her that his choice is Hoopz. New York rides home alone obviously off put while Hoopz is given a set of gold teeth to match Flav's.
