And when the cartoonist sees Doogie with her, he makes another caricature that his patients fleeing from him. And when Doogie finds out what's wrong with the man and sees how he handles the news gives Doogie the strength to go to Michelle and tell her how he feels.

And Doggie asks one of the hospital's best doctors a question, and the man answers incorrectly, Doggie checks him out and learns he's not really a doctor and is uncertain of what to do.
