A Belgium man dies from a shot gun blast after he triggers a booby trap he set up in his own house while reaching for soup. An Ohio saleswoman in Maryland hotel is killed after swiping a key card and opening a door.

A man in Hamburg, Germany, build his own wooden sauna and end up heating themselves to death when he can't get out. An inmate at the Ohio State Penitentiary improves the prison's electric chair only to be put to death in the same chair. A Kentucky man is electrocuted when he is trying to repair his microwave oven.

When you don't; A city works is sucked down a drain pipe. A steam explosion below ground kills a woman several stories above ground. Woman is electrocuted stepping on a metal grating on the street.

In Nice, France, dancer Isadora Duncan dies when her long silk scarf gets caught in a car wheel.
