Fitness expert Cory Everson, six-time winner of the Miss Olympia contest and host of the ESPN program Gotta Sweat, presents five separate workouts that can be combined for a rousing session of thorough exercise. Sections include: "Trouble Zone," "Upper Body," "Lower Body," "Step Exercises," and "Total Body Circuit." Varied moves are offered for toning, strength training, step aerobics, and circuit training. Warm-up and cool-down sessions are included. The workout requires handheld weights.
