This Emmy-winning drama did a fine job delivering a female perspective on Vietnam War experiences, mostly through the character of dedicated Army nurse Colleen McMurphy. Its eerie theme song, the Supremes' 'Reflections,' set a perfect tone for its mixture of wartime horrors and emotional upheavals.
