They say it takes a village to raise a child. For affluent parents in Los Angeles, it requires hired help. 'Caring' follows two moms: a busy career woman and a stay-at-home mom, and their two nannies - an immigrant trying to create better life for her family and an overeducated burnout - as they strive to find a balance between taking care of others, and themselves.
