After a complete warm-up, the step demonstration begins. Viewers who find the routines a bit difficult at first might want to turn their steps at an angle to the TV screen to make it easier to follow along. As the workout progresses, straddles, knee lifts, leg lifts, and jumps onto the step from a straddle position are added. It's a challenging and rewarding routine. Some viewers find this tape to be almost an advanced workout, so it's important to already have considerable step experience and endurance before trying it out.
