The romantic lives of the Walker family take center stage during Season 2 of the popular drama. Kitty (Calista Flockhart) and Robert (Rob Lowe) plan their wedding, while also working on Robert's political campaign, while Kevin (Matthew Rhys) rekindles his relationship with former lover Scotty (Luke MacFarlane). Tommy and Julia's marriage begins to unravel in the wake of losing one of their twins, and Sarah struggles being a single parent. As for Nora (Sally Field), she begins a relationship with a member of Robert's staff (Danny Glover), and tries to help Justin (Dave Annable) when he returns wounded from Iraq.
