The story of genius neurosurgeon Lee Young Oh who has impeccable skills and abilities but is incapable of having any feelings or sympathy for his patients due to an injury in his frontal lobe. When a series of unusual deaths occur at the hospital Detective Gye Jin-Sung starts an investigation around Young Oh who falls in love with her. The series is loosely based on Mary Shelley's Novel "Frankenstein".
