In 1977 musician Frank Zappa staged a Halloween concert in New York City. The tape of the concert was originally 166 minutes, but was trimmed by its distributor -- apparently without Zappa's permission -- to 91 minutes and released in that version (which is also available on tape). Zappa had the distributor restore the cut footage and release it in its entirety. In addition to the usual songs and stage antics, the tape also includes some excellent clay animation by artist Bruce Bickford. This is the entire 166-minute version.
