"Each American city has its own personality -- unique destinations that are woven together by streets and avenues. We spend hundreds of hours a year driving behind the wheel, and most of us do a pretty good job. But then...there are the others, the ones responsible for hitting something every five seconds and racking up over 175 million traffic tickets a year. Well, it's time to buckle up! With Alonzo Bodden and Jill Simonian as our guides, we're experiencing some of this country's most iconic cities in a whole new way...as we search for AMERICA'S WORST DRIVER. Nominated by a friend or family member, these human road hazards are put to the test on the scenic streets of their hometowns...with off duty traffic cops following behind them - watching and grading their every move. From there, it's on to our obstacle courses. First up is 'The Rattler', a snaking reverse track specially designed to test our drivers' steering and reversing skills. And then -- it all comes down to 'last chance lane', where the final two drivers race the clock, and each other, while trying to handle the pressure of some very extreme road conditions. The driver who can't shape up behind the wheel is crowned their city's worst driver, and to keep them off the road, we're going to destroy their car. But it doesn't end there, because we're on a quest to find America's Worst Driver. The worst drivers from around the country will meet in America's ultimate driving city -- Los Angeles -- where they will have a chance to redeem themselves and avoid being named America's Worst Driver. Facing all new challenges, the seven who show the most improvement will each win a brand new car, but one misguided motorist will pedal away with the title of AMERICA'S WORST DRIVER."
