When the stock falls low enough, Sidney and friends can buy it up for pennies on the dollar, take over the company, and restore its fortunes. They choose idealistic Norville Barnes, who just started in the mail room. The 20 moments are fused by transitional interstitial sequences and also via the introduction and epilogue. Each transition begins with the last shot of the previous film and ends with the first shot of the following film, extending the enchantment and the emotion of the previous segment, preparing the audience for a surprise, and providing a cohesive atmosphere. A reappearing mysterious character is a witness to the Parisian life. A common theme of Paris and love fuses all.

Conrad Nagel, representing the Hollywood movie community, and Jack Benny, representing the Broadway stage community, act as the interlocutors of a musical comedy revue. A plethora of chorus boys and girls are featured front and center in some of the song and dance numbers, and provide back-up to some other acts. But the revue primarily is a vehicle to highlight a cavalcade of Hollywood movie and Broadway stage stars. One early running gag has both Nagel and Benny playing straight man to Cliff Edwards, who just wants a nice introduction to his act. Edwards would return later to be featured along with the Brox Sisters in one of the highlights of the second act, a production number around the song "Singin' in Rain", complete with rain soaked stage. A reprise of the song with the entire cast acts as the revue's finale.

A man is on his latest small town stop to screen the film "Tell Your Children" (TYC) to parents of specifically high schoolers, the movie depicting the ill effects of marijuana use on the unsuspecting, the target of many drug pushers being teenagers to get them hooked early to become customers for life in their need for the addictive drug. Those ill effects purport to be debauchery, uncontrollable sexual desire, and delirium among others. At the center of TYC are wholesome good kids Jimmy Harper and Mary Lane, who only have eyes for each other. But Jimmy is lured to what he is unaware at the time is a marijuana den, the home of Mae Coleman, who long ago was hooked on the drug by pusher Jack Stone. Jack was the one who brought Jimmy to the house and is trying, through underhanded means, to do the same to Jimmy. Jimmy's marijuana use drastically affects his personality and affects the lives of those around him, including Mary. Beyond what the parents think about TYC, buying into its concept which affects how they take in its intended message, the primary question becomes if Jimmy and by association Mary can come back to regain their lives after the scourge of the drug use.
