It takes a lot to become a WWE Superstar and very few ever get the chance to try. But when Tough Enough returns on Tuesday (8/7c, USA), 13 everyday people will get the opportunity of a lifetime to train under the watch of some of the WWE's most beloved icons, Billy Gunn, Lita and Booker T.

So what exactly does it take to be Tough Enough?

"We're not going to be looking for how good they actually are in the ring, but if they're something we can actually make," Booker T explains during an exclusive visit to the Tough Enough mini-camp, two days of tryouts in which the coaches select the 13 finalists.

"I wouldn't be lying if I said I would love to see a female that I saw a little of myself in," Lita admits.

And while the competition is designed to push the competitors beyond their limits, Lita says the most important thing is to simply be confident. "Whether you're on the main roster as a WWE Superstar, whether you're a contestant on Tough Enough, it's like make it up as you go along and act like you're supposed to be here," she says.
