Peter and Bekah Hung Out, and for a Moment All Was Well in Bachelor Nation

Our favorite Bachelor and Bachelorette alumni linked up

We got a little taste of how the last season of The Bachelor was supposed to be last night when the two most beloved members of Bachelor Nation from the past year, Peter Kraus and Bekah Martinez, hung out.

Bekah shared an Instagram Story of Peter pouring wine into a paper cup, captioning the video "thanks petey."

It doesn't seem like it's anything romantic -- they were just two members of a large group of Bachelor and Bachelorette alumni who were in Atlanta for a watch party fundraiser for a nonprofit called Helping Mamas. Bibiana Julian posted a shot from a different angle of Peter pouring wine with the caption "when #notArie buys you a drink." So they were all just hanging out as friends.

Bekah was the breakout star of Arie's season, and she auditioned for the show expecting that Peter would be The Bachelor. However, Peter, who was the runner-up on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, got cold feet and pulled out from being the next Bachelor. And according to Reddit, he said during a Q&A at the event that he wasn't interested in being the Bachelor in the future, so give up hope now.

As much as we love seeing Bekah and Peter hanging out, the real drama from the event they were at is figuring out who Michael Garofola from Des Hartsock's season of The Bachelorette was talking about when he tweeted: "I met the woman of my dreams tonight. I was not the man of her dreams. The end." Michael G. went all Drake on us.
