Rejoice, Pretty Little Liars fans! An extra hour is being added to the show's final season.
Freeform announced on Wednesday that Pretty Little Liars will air a one-hour tell-all special after the series finale next spring. Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse, as well as executive producer I. Marlene King will sit down at the end of the episode to answer burning questions, discuss the drama that unfolds in the series finale, and give a final goodbye after seven years on the show.
It was announced in August that Season 7 will be the last for Pretty Little Liars, with the final 10 episodes kicking off in April 2017. The series finale will be a 2-hour event, written and directed by King and should bring the Liars' tortured journey to a close.
Pretty Little Liars last left off with Spencer (Bellisario) getting shot by A.D. and finding out that Mary Drake (Andrea Parker) is her biological mother. Finding out whether Spencer survives and what this major truth bomb means will be the primary business to take care of when the show returns in the spring.
The final episodes will also include at least one Pretty Little Liars wedding and bring back familiar faces including Wren Kingston (Julian Morris), Pastor Ted Wilson (Edward Kerr), Jenna Marshall (Tammin Sursok), Paige McCullers (Lindsey Shaw) and SydneyDriscoll (Chloe Bridges).
Are you excited to have one more hour to spend with the show?
