Not into chunky smartwatches? Same. That's why the Oura Ring 4 is kind of a game changer, especially now that it's 15% off for Prime Day. It's the lowest price Amazon's offered in the last 30 days ($424 instead of the usual $499), and all six colors are included: black, brushed silver, gold, rose gold, silver, and the ultra-slick Stealth. It's one of the best Prime Day deals if you're after a sleek health tracker that doesn't scream "fitness tech."

Oura Ring 4
Amazon/Getty ImagesI'll keep it real with you really quick — and that's because I actually have one. The Oura Ring 4 is low-key and consistently complimented. It looks like minimalist jewelry but packs biometric muscle; tracking sleep, heart rate, stress, activity, and even women's health stats. It runs on Smart Sensing tech, which means it adapts to you and your rhythms for way more accurate data. And while it's busy learning your habits, you're just hangin' out. No screen, no buzzing, no distractions.
It's also super wearable, with a water-resistant titanium design made for 24/7 use. I shower, swim, and sweat using mine and I've never had an issue. The battery lasts up to eight days, and since it doesn't light up or demand attention, most people won't even realize you're wearing a high-powered health device. Just a heads up: the sizing is unique, so you'll want to grab an Oura sizing kit before ordering to make sure it fits just right. Mine's a little larger than I wish it was, so make sure you're ultra sure when sizing correctly.
Each ring comes with a free month of Oura Membership for new users (after that, it's $5.99/month or $69.99/year, which isn't too shabby), and you can sync it with more than 40 apps, including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Natural Cycles, Flo, and Strava. So, no, you don't have to bring your iPhone on runs anymore. Thankfully.
Pick it up now while it's on sale during Prime Day.
