Kim Richards Hospitalized After Latest Arrest

Family members who are concerned for Kim Richards' well-being have checked her into a hospital after her latest arrest, Us Weeklyreports.

"She wants to get out ASAP, but her family refuses," a source tells Us.

Richards, 50, was arrested last Sunday for allegedly shoplifting more than 100 items from a Target in California's San Fernando Valley. She was released on bail the following day.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was also arrested back in April and charged with public intoxication, battery and resisting arrest after allegedly getting into a drunken argument at the Beverly Hills Hotel. After that arrest, she entered rehab for a month and checked out of the program in July.

Richards pleaded not guilty to the shoplifting charge and has a court appearance scheduled for Aug. 20. After she was arrested, her ex-husband Monty described the incident as a "misunderstanding" and said that alcohol was not involved.
