Kendra Wilkinson to Appear on The Mindy Project

As if The Mindy Project wasn't already jam-packed with guest stars this season, the Fox comedy has added Kendra Wilkinson. Star Mindy Kalingtold Us Weekly that the reality star will make a cameo later this season.

"[It's a] funny little part and my friend Jeremy [Bronson] wrote [it]," Kaling said. "A really funny script and she's in it!"

But unlike fellow E! star Kris Humphries, who will appear in Tuesday's episode as himself, Wilkinson will have to test out her acting skills playing a character, according to Us Weekly. 

Wilkinson has already gotten a shout-out on The Mindy Project. In the Season 1 episode "Santa Fe," Kaling's on-screen ex Josh reads a tweet her character had sent to Wilkinson's husband Hank Baskett: "I'm flying to your home state tonight. I think you and Kendra have a beautiful relationship #bigfan."

The Mindy Project airs Tuesdays at 9:30/8:30c on Fox.
