The Riverdale universe is moving to the big city — and while New York might not have the Gargoyle King or a cult led by Chad Michael Murray, it's still bringing the drama.

The CW has released the first trailer for Riverdale spin-off Katy Keene, which follows four aspiring artists trying to make it in New York City. Lucy Hale stars as wannabe fashion designer Katy Keene, who's trying to live her best Carrie Bradshaw life while working as a personal shopper — though the trailer teases she'll be challenged at the office by a competitive coworker played by The Other Two's Heléne Yorke.

"It doesn't matter what your day job is," Josie (Ashleigh Murray) says in the trailer. "This is where you need to be."

Murray is departing Riverdale to play an older Josie McCoy, who moves to New York to pursue her dreams as a singer. Camille Hyde, Lucien Laviscount, Jonny Beauchamp, and Julia Chan also star.
