Kate Gosselin Asks for Child and Spousal Support from Jon

Kate Gosselin has filed paperwork requesting child support and temporary spousal support from estranged husband Jon, according to People.
Mark Momjian, one of her divorce attorneys, says the request directly relates to Jon Gosselin withdrawing money from their joint bank account. "She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets," Momjian told People.

The Gosselin family matriarch filed petitions for child and spousal support sometime last week at approximately the same time she filed an emergency petition asking a Pennsylvania judge to order Jon Gosselin to return the money from the joint account.A conference with the court-ordered arbitrator in charge of figuring out the Gosselins' economic issues is set for Tuesday.
