Julie Berman, who played Lulu Spencer on General Hospital from 2005 to 2013, is joining Chicago Med in a recurring role, TVLine reported Thursday.

On the medical drama, she'll be playing Toni Zanetti, "a brilliant, self-assured attending surgeon who does not suffer fools," the site reports. Apparently she's also sexy, but we really don't need to be told that, do we?

The Chicago Fire spin-off -- not to be confused with Chicago P.D., which joined the spin-off family in 2014 -- is coming to NBC next month.

On General Hospital, Berman's Lulu was the daughter of power couple Luke and Laura. Berman garnered three Daytime Emmys for her work. General Hospital celebrated its 50th anniversary on the air in 2013, and its 13,000th episode in 2014.

Chicago Med premieres Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 9/8c on NBC.
