Fortunately, this person is alive, and his or her identity will be revealed in Thursday's episode -- along with another bombshell that threw star Karla Souza for a loop. "There's a huge, huge twist in Episode 4," she tells TVGuide.com. "You are going to be asking a whole other bunch of different questions when that comes up."
