Kate Walsh and Shonda Rhimes also congratulated their former co-worker
The 2019 Golden Globes were a huge night for Sandra Oh. The Killing Eve star not only moved and cracked up the audience as co-host for the ceremony, but she became the first Asian woman to win a Lead Actress in a Drama Television series Globe and the first actor of Asian descent to have multiple Globes in her awards cabinet (She previously won for her performance as Cristina Yang on Grey's Anatomy).
Of course, millions of people already knew how spectacular Oh is because of her Grey's Anatomy roots. Her Seattle Grace/Grey Sloan Memorial fam showed up on social media to share their congratulations and pride at how Oh owned the evening.

Grey's creator Shonda Rhimes tweeted during the show, "I am so incredibly happy for @IamSandraOh tonight. Well-deserved. Overdue. She is always best actress, y'all. Always."
Oh's ride-or-die co-star Ellen Pompeo also shared her congrats in a comment on Porter Magazine's Instagram post, which lauded Oh for making history. "She crushed the whole night," Pompeo wrote, with a heart and shooting star emoji.
Fellow Grey's alum Kate Walsh also tweeted out some love to her former co-star. "WOW. @IamSandraOh. You're a legend. Sending you the biggest congrats! So well deserved #GoldenGIobes," she wrote.
All the applause and accolades should go to Oh! If you've been living under a rock though, you can check out what everyone is freaking out about since Killing Eve is now streaming on Hulu. Season 2 returns Sunday, April 7 at 8/9c on BBC America.
