Dinosaurs and Simon Cowell lead the charge on Fox's fall lineup that also includes a healthy dose of girl power.
Steven Spielberg's dino drama Terra Nova will kick off kick off Mondays at 8/7c, while Cowell's The X Factor will inherit American Idol's slots on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8/7c. New comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter, starring Jaime Pressly, gets the post-X Factor berth, and Zooey Deschanel joins big sis and Bones star Emily on the Fox slate with sitcom The New Girl at 9/8c on Tuesdays.
You'll have to wait a little bit longer for the Bones spin-off, The Finder, and J.J. Abrams' latest, Alcatraz, as both will debut midseason.
