Who Made the For the People Shondaland Crossover Wishlist?

Viola Davis is mentioned more than once

For the People doesn't have built-in crossover potential for a Shondaland show the way that Station 19 does with Grey's Anatomy, but that hasn't stopped the new fictional lawyers from dreaming up possibilities of sharing scenes with other members of the Shonda family.

The legal drama is only two episodes in, but we asked the cast of For the People if they could interact with or drop a legendary speech on any other character in the Shonda Rhimes library, who would it be? Viola Davis' Annalise Keating from How to Get Away with Murderwas the most popular answer with three votes (she is an Emmy, Oscar and Tony winner after all) followed by Grey's leading lady Ellen Pompeo's Meredith Grey with two.

For the People: The Verdict Is In and We Already Have Our Favorite 'Ship

There were some surprising answers as well. Wesam Keesh, who plays Jay on For the People, would like to have a flashback to his law school days starring Tom Verica -- a producing director of the show who also appeared in How to Get Away with Murder Season 1 as Annalise's dead husband, Sam. Susannah Flood, better known as Kate Littlejohn, wasted no time in picking Grey's fave Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) because she thinks Kate and Cristina have a lot in common. Funny, so do we.

Our favorite pick has to be Anna Deavere Smith wanting her character Tina and President Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn) from Scandalto find some way to be in a scene together. It's weird, but we definitely support it.

For the People airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on ABC.
