There's a lot of mystery around how Fear the Walking Dead will integrate all the new characters and storylines in the creatively-reset Season 4. One of those enigmas is the return of Luciana (Danay Garcia), who left the Broke Jaw Ranch and her boyfriend Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) in Episode 5 of Season 3. It seemed like she was gone for good, but until you see the body, presume a character is still alive and will come back.

Danay Garcia is keeping how Luciana returns close to the vest, but she does say that she'll be a part of the family in a way she wasn't before.

"I have a history with Nick now, the fact that I left him," she says. "And I have a history with the Clark family, too. If you remember in Season 3, I just met them. Every scene I had with Madison and Alicia it was like the first time." But now she and Alicia (Alycia Debman-Carey) are in the zombie-fighting trenches together, with Nick nowhere to be seen.

Here's Your Exclusive First Look at Fear the Walking Dead Season 4

Garcia says that "trust gets involved" in Season 4. It sounds like she'll have to go above and beyond to earn the family's trust after abandoning them in Season 3. It'll be very interesting to see what she'll do. Madison's (Kim Dickens) requests are never easily fulfilled.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 4 premieres Sunday, April 15 at 10/9c. Season 3 is out on DVD and Blu-ray today, March 13.
