How do you propose to the love of your life while he's still recovering from a major illness and the crushing reality of his new human existence? Poor Alec had the perfect night set up to get down on one knee, but his plans were derailed when Magnus (Harry Shum Jr.) showed up mid-breakdown, forcing Alec to realize that marriage might not be on the Malec agenda for a while.
