The new season of Summer House heats up Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
Check it out now:
This season marks the return of original Summer House personalities Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, and Carl Radke. Kyle's wife, Amanda Batula, also returns, as do newer cast members Ciara Miller, Jesse Solomon, and West Wilson.
In June 2025, Paige DeSorbo announced her departure from Summer House after seven seasons. In an announcement to fans she thanked everyone for the experience but revealed she wanted to focus on the Giggly Squad podcast, her new sleepwear line, and an upcoming book. Of course, her very public breakup with Southern Charm star Craig Conover probably played a part, too.
Lexi Wood and Imrul Hassan, who joined the series last year, are also departing. While Lexi must be jazzed not to have to share a house with on-again off-again fling Jesse Solomon, Imrul never quite bonded with the rest of the cast, who were freaked out by the number of conquests he brought home each weekend.
Would it really be a season of Summer House without some fresh faces? This season the returning renters are welcoming a whopping six new cast members. They're bound to shake things up with the original crew, and after 10 seasons it's time for some new storylines. The newbies include:
While we'll have to wait to see who gels and who might bring the new drama, having this many new cast members is an excellent opportunity for the show to set up the idea of new and old guards. That could lead to even more conflict and new situationships, among other potential storylines.
Plenty! As always, Kyle and Amanda's relationship takes center stage as they continue adjusting to married life. Amanda has always hated Kyle's partying and late nights, and this year with him embracing a new career as a DJ, things are wilder than ever. In the trailer, Amanda even opens up about Kyle falling asleep at a fan's house and not coming home until 6:30 in the morning.
Those ongoing brawls won't bode well for the couple, especially when their friends get involved. The trailer even previews an epic fight between besties Carl and Kyle, which showcases how bad things could get.
As for Lindsay, she'll be adjusting to that summer party life with a new baby. While she's confirmed that baby Gemma won't come out to Hamptons to party this summer, we're still not clear how being a mom will affect the filming schedule. Lindsay will open up about the challenges of being a new mom who has to leave to work, of course, and we could still get a glimpse of the baby if the show films in Lindsay's New York apartment.
"Of course [I'm] down to film this summer," Lindsay told Vulture earlier this year. "But obviously I'm not going to bring a six-month-old to the house every weekend."
Romance-wise, it looks as though things between Ciara and West could heat back up, especially now that Paige is out of the house and no longer serves as Ciara's voice of reason. Without Paige's chill energy both West and Jesse have said that there are more group interactions, which could also lead to more drama.
There are some new storylines afoot as well, including Jesse's shift from finance to full-time musician, and potential lingering feelings between new housemate Dara and her ex-boyfriend, West.
Carl training for the New York City Marathon is another one to watch. Carl has typically been the one in the cast trying to grow up and better himself, so we have a feeling it will be a meaningful and deeply personal journey, especially as he continues to move on from Lindsay and pursue sobriety.
The theme parties the Summer House crew hosts are almost as iconic as the show itself at this point. This year, we know there will be a geriatric party with epic costumes, as well as a medieval times affair, some sort of circus, and an event involving baby goats.
As we inch toward the premiere date, several of the cast members have spoken out about their filming experiences in Summer 2025. During Peacock's Reality Hot Seat on Dec. 7, Ciara revealed the new installment is "chaotic" and added that it's "gonna be an insane season."
"I thought I had a great summer, but you never know," West added.
Kyle, meanwhile, has been quick to clarify the sleeping at a fan's house comment featured in the trailer. "There's no excuse for staying out as late as I did, but I want to be clear that I did not sleep at a fan's apartment," he told People. "I was at an event that Amanda chose not to attend, which moved to a bar and then to an after-party."
With the cast growing older and moving on in life, it makes sense for them to move away from Summer House as well. After 10 seasons, it can be hard to keep partying like a twenty-something. That's why Bravo is working on a spin-off, In the City. In it, cast members like Kyle, Amanda, and Lindsay explore the next chapters in their lives.
"In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives — marriage, parenthood, reinvention, and the reality of growing up without growing apart," reads the official logline. "Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they've built and the futures they never saw coming?"
Aside from celebrating a decade of parties, engagements, romances, babies, and drama, Season 10 marks a huge casting shift. Bringing in six new personalities is a lot, and it could be the sign of things to come. With some cast members aging out of the drama and looking at a spin-off, this could be a sign that Bravo is ready to go in a new direction for a potential Season 11.
In other words, Season 10 of Summer House may be the last for some of this crew.
Summer House will air on Bravo and Peacock. Past seasons are available to watch on Peacock.
