Billy Ray Cyrus' Wife Tish Files for Divorce

Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, TMZ reports.
Tish cited "irreconcilable differences" and is requesting full physical and legal custody of their only minor child, Noah Cyrus, 13, with allowed visitation for Billy Ray. She is also asking for spousal support and for him to pay her attorney's fees.
"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," Tish told the website.

In a separate statement, Billy Ray told People: "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."It seems that Billy Ray is keeping things a little too private though and ignoring the couple's daughter Miley Cyrus. On Wednesday, the pop star tweeted: @billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?"This is not the first time Billy Ray and Tish have pursued divorce. Three years ago, Billy Ray filed papers, but later had a change of heart. At the time, he claimed that Hannah Montana "destroyed my family."The Cyruses have been married since December 1993 and have five children together.
