Inga Sonderson (Norma Talmadge) is a model who poses frequently for her artist fiancée, Robert Milton (Edmund Lowe). They are both indebted to a prominent artist, Daniel Garford (John Halliday), but when the affairs of Garford's wife (Lucille Lee Stewart) send him over the deep end, it is Inga who comes to his rescue. She goes down to the worst section of Chinatown to pull him out of an opium den and helps him recover his senses. None of this thrills Milton, who leaves her. The grateful Garford proposes, but she turns him down. In the end, Inga's jealous sweetheart learns to appreciate her, and they are reconciled.
