Champion marksman Ken Kwan (Louis Koo) guns down four thieves during a violent robbery, but one of the criminals escapes. When Kwan is hailed as a public hero, the remaining thief returns to settle the score. Meanwhile, Kwan befriends a policeman whom he previously beat in a shooting competition.
