Sentenced to a slow death for witchcraft, vampirism, and devil worship, the evil Countess Elizabeth Báthory meets her agonising end in 16th-century Hungary. And as the bloodthirsty noblewoman's followers, including her enslaved lycanthropic minion Waldemar Daninsky, pay for their hideous crimes, the countess vows revenge. Centuries later, black art student Erika and her unsuspecting friends, Karen and Barbara, embark on a long trip to locate the unholy tomb of the vampire woman. However, the three occult researchers are unaware that someone has already desecrated Waldemar's sealed crypt.
