Coulouris, a financier, with the help of Hutton, a scientist, revives the head of Nostradamus. Coulouris wants to use Nostradamus' power of prediction to help run his business and thereby gain more power. Hutton gets the head a new body when Coulouris tries to make Nostradamus' powers his own. This very absurd film was codirected by Billy Wilder's brother, Lee.
